- Counts
- Wages, supplier payments, expenses and petty cash, however they were paid.
- Does not count
- Money you receive from clients, and moves between your own accounts.
- Never charged twice
- A deposit and the spending it pays for are one shilling, billed once.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every company starts with 14 days free, with everything switched on. Nothing you spend in the trial is billed.
Which plan should I pick?
Pay as you spend if your work comes and goes: a quiet month costs KSh 5,000. A fixed package if your sites spend steadily: one price every month, for 12 months.
How is my bill worked out on pay as you spend?
From the money your projects spend in the month. The first KSh 1M is charged at 2%, up to KSh 3M at 1.5%, up to KSh 10M at 1%, up to KSh 25M at 0.75%, and anything above at 0.5%. A company spending KSh 5M in a month pays KSh 70,000. The least you pay is KSh 5,000 a month.
What does a fixed package cover?
How much you track a month, and how many active projects and users, for one monthly price: from KSh 10,000 to track KSh 5M with 3 projects and 3 users, up to KSh 100,000 for KSh 50M, 50 projects and 50 users. Above that, we agree a custom price.
What if I outgrow my package?
Adding a project or user past your package moves you up one. If what you track averages over your package for a quarter, you move up from the next quarter. Nothing is charged back.
What counts as spend?
Every payment recorded against your projects: wages, suppliers, expenses and petty cash, whether paid by mobile money, bank or cash. Money you receive from clients does not count, so nothing is charged twice.
Is there a limit on users or projects?
Not when you pay as you spend. Fixed packages include a set number. Closed projects, and workers you only pay through payroll, never count.
Can I use my own mobile money account?
Yes. Setup is free if it is ready to connect. Otherwise there is a one-off setup fee, quoted before we start.
How do I pay?
Each invoice comes with a link to pay by mobile money. Bank transfer and cash also work. Invoices are due within 5 days and exclude VAT.
Am I tied in?
Pay as you spend is month to month, and you can cancel with 14 days notice. Fixed packages run for 12 months, billed monthly. You can ask for a full copy of your records at any point, including after you leave.
