If you're building from abroad - or simply want it handled - SiteBooks manages your construction project end-to-end. Instead of a subscription, we charge a management fee as a percentage of your total project cost, so our incentive is your build delivered on time and on budget. You still get your own login to follow every photo, milestone, and shilling.

Contractor plans are priced by how many active projects you run: KSh 20,000/month for 1-4 projects, KSh 56,000/month for 5-8, and KSh 108,000/month for 9-12. Beyond 13 projects we offer custom volume pricing. Every plan includes the full toolset - you only pay more as you take on more projects.

Yes. Move up or down a plan as your number of active projects changes - adjustments take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and card payments. During early access we invoice monthly, and larger contractors or managed-build clients can request a custom arrangement.
No long-term lock-in. Contractor plans are billed month-to-month, and you can cancel by giving us 14 days’ notice - your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Yes. Contractors who join us during early access get a meaningful discount and locked-in pricing for their first year. Mention this when you get in touch.
